Emerson seeks a Senior Specialist Logistics Coordinator in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to provide logistics support for the Pressure Management – Middle East and Africa Region. This hybrid role focuses on customer satisfaction through efficient shipping, warehousing, and dispatching processes.
Ansvarsområden
- Generate standard format Export/Import documents from business system.
- Gatekeep and escalate concerns per International Trade Compliance (ITC) rules prior to shipment.
- Coordinate with factory personnel/reps, Inside Sales and Customer Support Teams to monitor order status.
- Check Inco-terms and their implications for all shipments.
- Gatekeep and escalate Checkpoint and Due Diligence Concerns to Champion and Legal Team prior to shipment.
- Impose additional shipping requirements and costs to customers for shipment changes.
- Coordinate collection of goods with LBP, freight forwarder, and factory Shipping Team.
- Analyze, qualify, and complete change order requests.
- Gather, organize, and send electronic copies of shipping documents, ensuring compliance with custom rules.
- Validate Purchase order model code and price against shipped goods.
Krav
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, documentation management, data entry and/or data administration support or related functions.
- Execution and logistics experience with Pressure Regulator or Control Valve products is preferred.
