Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the General Ledger and financial close process, leading a team of RTR analysts and SMEs. Requires strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation skills.

Ansvarsområden

Supervise and coordinate month-end & year-end close activities
Review and approve journal entries, accruals, prepayments
Review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations
Client handling, resolving queries and action plan and execution on open items
Mentoring team members, feedback on performance

Krav

Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing processes
Proficient in financial reporting and analysis, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Effective communication skills for client handling and team mentoring
Familiarity with quality management practices in delivery operations

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar credentials
