Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the General Ledger and financial close process, leading a team of RTR analysts and SMEs. Requires strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and client handling skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Supervise and coordinate month-end & year-end close activities.
  • Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Client handling, resolving queries, and executing action plans on open items.
  • Mentoring team members and providing feedback on performance.

Krav

  • Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Month-End Closing Processes.
  • Proficient in Financial Reporting and Analysis, including Journal Entries, Accruals, and Reconciliations.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Effective Communication Skills for client handling and team mentoring.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management practices in delivery operations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications: Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar credentials.
