AWS India seeks a Senior Solutions Architect for its FSI Fintech team in Mumbai. This role involves leading technical engagements, designing scalable cloud solutions, and advising customers on AWS technologies and best practices to drive innovation in the financial services sector.

Ansvarsområden

Own the technical engagement and ultimate success of specific implementation projects.
Develop deep expertise in AWS technologies and broad know-how of application construction on the AWS platform.
Map business requirements and user access patterns to technology and performance requirements.
Compare design patterns and discern between various data and compute technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL, servers, containers, serverless).
Design for scaling, high availability, cost minimization, and security.
Design Disaster Recovery solutions for required RTO/RPO.
Advise on building DevOps pipelines and processes.
Advise on monitoring infrastructure and applications using AWS technologies like CloudWatch and ELK Stack.
Conduct Well Architected Reviews.
Partner with AWS Specialists in areas like AI, Analytics, and Media to implement innovative solutions.
Collaborate with Service Teams to identify feature gaps and suggest new features.
Present to Technical communities and customer C-Suite on Architecture Patterns, Best practices, and Case Studies.

Krav

13+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
7+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
Customer facing skills to represent AWS India and drive discussions with senior personnel.
Technical background to interact with and guide software developers and architects.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Ability to investigate adoption of new technologies and figure out trade-offs between multiple technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
Hands-on capability for Proof of Concepts and technology demonstrations.
Ability to identify repeatable patterns and best practices.
Constant learner, able to pick up new technologies.

5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
