AWS is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect in India to lead developer transformation using AI. This customer-facing role involves engaging with large enterprises, guiding engineering teams to adopt AI-augmented development practices, and influencing the future of software development across the SDLC. Ansvarsområden

  • Own a portfolio of 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts, driving developer productivity improvements.
  • Lead full engineering organization transformation engagements with enterprise customers.
  • Work hands-on with customer developers on prompt patterns, context management, and integrating AI tools into workflows.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives to articulate technical vision and business value.
  • Design and deliver hands-on workshops demonstrating measurable productivity gains.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on cloud-native patterns, microservices, DevOps, and domain-driven design.
  • Design harness engineering and context engineering strategies for customer organizations.
  • Identify and nurture technical champions within customer engineering organizations.
  • Build tools, accelerators, and reference implementations for AI-augmented workflows.
  • Write well-structured code for prototypes, demos, and production tools.
  • Create proof-of-concepts for AI coding agent integration into enterprise environments.
  • Design end-to-end solutions spanning frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern development tools, frameworks, and AWS services.
  • Create high-quality technical content including reference architectures, blog posts, and white papers.
  • Develop reusable frameworks to measure and improve AI tool usage.
  • Collaborate with AWS service teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to global team initiatives on innovation and research.
  • Work with account teams to identify transformation opportunities and develop engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Training & Certification teams to scale developer enablement programs.
  • Mentor other Solutions Architects on modern development practices and AI-augmented workflows.
  • Share learnings across the global Developer Transformation organization.

Krav

  • 13+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
  • 10+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
  • Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.

  • Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS.
  • Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
  • Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals.
  • Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering).
  • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • Experience working with end user or developer communities.
