- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain intelligent features and scalable systems for YouTube Creator Support leveraging AI and machine learning technologies.
- Partner and collaborate across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management to deliver robust, high-impact solutions.
- Contribute technical strategy and architecture by defining long-term roadmaps, identifying design patterns, and implementing reusable, high-performance frameworks.
- Identify opportunities and emerging needs within the creator ecosystem to drive continuous product and engineering innovations.
- Mentor and support team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and engineering best practices to foster team growth and technical excellence.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience in building LLM based systems.
