I korthet

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Medallia development, you will enhance Volvo Trucks' customer feedback management system. You will be responsible for the technical development and optimization of the Medallia platform, ensuring best-in-class customer insights and activation to drive business improvements.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the Medallia platform for customer feedback management.
  • Configure and customize the Medallia platform to align with global CX ambitions.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and managers to deliver outputs supporting CX strategy.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback across the entire customer journey.
  • Integrate feedback into an analytics engine to drive tangible improvements.
  • Apply technical delivery methodologies and build knowledge of the IT landscape.

Krav

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in development on the Medallia platform.
  • Strong experience with Medallia Classic Configurator for backend configuration and development.
  • Medallia Admin and Medallia Product Certification are mandatory.
  • Experience in designing or implementing CX platforms or customer feedback journeys.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Proficiency in API integration.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data manipulation and insight generation.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Text Analytics.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, dashboards, and customer data platforms.
  • Experience working in international teams across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum practices.
