Ansvarsområden

  • Design and implement infrastructure for reliable and efficient data processing pipelines supporting billions of records, considering business requirements and the AI landscape.
  • Be data-driven and opinionated about features like experimentation, debuggability, reliability, monitoring, developer experience, and cost reporting.
  • Set technical direction and priorities for sub-teams to implement critical processing infrastructure.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team.
  • Contribute to the on-call rotation for live production systems.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Experience with C++, large-scale distributed systems, and technical infrastructure.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience with web crawling, data extraction, and indexing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of search engine internals and data quality.
  • Experience with performance analysis and optimization is a bonus.
  • Understanding of how indexing can support AI/ML data needs.
  • Experience in using AI for personal productivity and building developer solutions using AI tools.
