As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Test Specialist in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and efficiency of SAP S/4HANA implementations. Your role involves defining test strategies, leading defect management, and providing readiness recommendations to leadership.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define the overall test strategy, scope, governance, environments, tools, entry/exit criteria and reporting approach.
  • Plan and coordinate unit, functional, system integration, regression, user acceptance, performance and cutover testing.
  • Drive requirements traceability, test-case design, data preparation, execution schedules and evidence standards.
  • Lead defect triage, severity management, root-cause tracking, retesting and closure governance.
  • Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data, security and business testers across releases and systems.
  • Establish quality dashboards and provide fact-based readiness recommendations to program leadership.
  • Manage testing risks, environment constraints, dependencies and resource capacity.
  • Promote automation and reusable regression assets where they improve speed and reliability.

Krav

  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in test planning, test execution, and defect management in SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
