Your role

As a Senior Sales Engineer / Territory Manager - MVI (North & East), your mission is to Drive sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships within North & East region. You will report to Regional Sales Manager.

This role combines planning with hands‑on sales execution to achieve order-receipt and order-invoicing targets. The ideal candidate is a self‑driven sales professional with strong market understanding, customer engagement skills, strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory/assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to maximize market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities in automation and drive acquisition of key customers.
  • Cross functional co-ordination.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at various levels in customer organization.
  • Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes (SFDC), reporting activities (SFDC), and compliance.

Operational Excellence

  • Track sales performance using SFDC against budgets.                                                          
  • Ensure correct and timely order booking, receivables, and credit management.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. MBA is additional advantage.
  • 2 - 5+ years of experience in sales, territory management.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets and distribution models. Experience in handling Automotive customers is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
