We are seeking a Senior RTR Specialist with a strong General Ledger and IFRS foundation to join our Finance team in Krakow. This role involves ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, variance analysis, and leading process improvements and automation initiatives using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel. The position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to make a significant impact beyond the numbers.
Ansvarsområden
- Take ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual Business Unit reporting.
- Prepare and analyze P&L and Balance Sheet variances, identifying key drivers.
- Perform detailed margin and pricing analysis and translate findings into financial insights.
- Investigate and resolve RTR-related queries, understanding root causes.
- Work closely with Local Finance and Group Finance for smooth financial processes.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement, simplifying, standardizing, and strengthening processes.
- Lead the development and automation of reports and processes using Power BI, Power Query and Excel.
- Take ownership of larger continuous improvement and change initiatives.
- Support a culture of accurate accounting, strong controls, and high-quality reporting.
Krav
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in General Ledger / RTR.
- 3–5 years of experience in Group / corporate reporting.
- Previous transition experience (moving, implementing or taking over finance processes).
- Practical understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Excellent numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to learn and improve.
