The Senior Quality Engineer leads enterprise-wide problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives, focusing on identifying and eliminating systemic quality issues. Ansvarsområden

Leading enterprise-wide problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Identifying and eliminating systemic quality issues impacting customers, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution, and field performance.
Leveraging data and business insights to identify systemic risks and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Partnering closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Service, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Providing technical leadership and facilitating cross-functional alignment.
Driving organizational learning through lessons learned and knowledge sharing.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
4+ years of experience within quality, manufacturing, product development, supplier quality, reliability, or operational excellence environments.
Advanced expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies including 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone, FRACAS, Fault Tree Analysis, Design of Experiments, Financial and statistical analysis tools.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality engineering principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience leading complex investigations and enterprise-level quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to drive sustainable business improvements in complex, matrixed organizations.
