Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Serve as the scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to scrum principles.
  • Implement and oversee change management processes to effectively manage project scope changes.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project risks.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery.
  • Understand end-to-end reporting and governance requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Define reporting requirements, KPI/KRI expectations, business rules, and governance metrics.
  • Identify reporting, compliance, and governance use cases.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews and obtain business sign-off on requirements.
  • Maintain traceability between business requirements, data mappings, and reporting outputs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the delivered solution aligns with business expectations.

Krav

  • Expertise in scrum master practices, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing obstacles.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Prior experience as a consultant in Azure Data Engineering projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI reporting is desirable.
  • Understand data sources such as ServiceNow, Defender, Varonis, Fortify, Proofpoint, CMDB, and other security platforms from a business perspective.
