As a Senior Project Manager at ABB, you will lead and shape projects within the Process Industries sector, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards. You will manage interdisciplinary and international project teams, oversee financial KPIs, and manage project risks and opportunities to achieve contractual objectives.

Ansvarsområden

Actively lead and shape projects in the Process Industries sector.
Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, regulations, and standards.
Lead the project team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure project requirements are met.
Deliver contractually agreed-upon results and achieve set objectives.
Support sales colleagues during the tendering phase.
Provide overall leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary and international project teams.
Establish a clear project approach, including planning, monitoring, and controlling internal and external resources.
Monitor and control schedule, project progress, resource utilization, financial KPIs, and quality, in compliance with HSE regulations.
Identify, qualify, quantify, and actively manage project risks.
Ensure that opportunities are recognized early and pursued consistently.
Manage formal project acceptance, contract signing, and proper handover to the customer.
Regular reporting to senior management.

Krav

Solid command of project management methodologies.
Familiarity with the specifics of process automation.
Many years of professional experience in project management.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects, ideally in the electrical engineering environment.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Strong sense of technical and commercial responsibility.
Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally (approx. 20%).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Project management certifications (e.g. PMP or similar) are an advantage.
Additional foreign languages are a plus.
