  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address issues or risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement agile methodologies to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration within the project team.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals.
  • Conduct post project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Krav

  • Strong proficiency in program management principles and practices.
  • Solid understanding and experience in agile methodology and frameworks (e.g., scrum, kanban).
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, monitoring, and reporting progress.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
