ABB is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects within their Finance and Accounting Organization. This hybrid role requires a Master's degree, 5 years of experience in project management, and relevant certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Finance Operations and SAP.

Ansvarsområden

  • Planning and executing projects and programs within the ABB Finance and Accounting Organization (FAO).
  • Working closely with FAO senior and mid-level management, FAO Service and Performance Practice teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Delivering assigned projects and programs within the FAO pipeline, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Defining and applying appropriate project methodologies, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress.
  • Developing, implementing, and improving project documentation, including RAID logs, project toolkits, and reporting decks.
  • Managing project risks and proposing mitigation actions.
  • Ensuring effective project governance and communication with stakeholders.
  • Acting as a coach and trusted advisor to other Project Managers.

Krav

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Finance Operations and SAP is required.
  • 5 years of project management experience within large corporate organizations.
  • Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) required.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office/PMO tools and solid presentation skills are required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) as an asset.
