We are seeking an experienced L3 Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience to lead enterprise-scale Agile delivery, supporting HCLTech and GE HealthCare. The role requires strong Agile leadership, AWS cloud exposure, PaaS Printer-as-a-Service delivery expertise, and the ability to drive Kanban execution with executive reporting. You will collaborate with global stakeholders in a multinational environment.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead Agile/Scrum and Kanban practices across multiple enterprise teams.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support delivery of AWS-based cloud platforms and PaaS Printer-as-a-Service solutions.
- Proactively remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Drive Kanban flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput).
- Develop and maintain delivery dashboards and executive reports.
- Engage with client stakeholders and leadership teams.
Krav
- 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native delivery.
- Experience with PaaS / Printer-as-a-Service platforms.
- Hands-on Kanban and dashboard reporting experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to multinational and distributed teams.
- Availability to work EST hours.
