We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions to meet complex business requirements. This role involves leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the development and implementation of custom ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Design and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views for efficient data modeling and reporting.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform system configuration and customization for SAP modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ABAP code, performance tuning, and enhancements.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
  • Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain documentation for all developments, ensuring clarity for future maintenance and support.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions/reviews.
  • Create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans.
  • Lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in ABAP development, with a focus on S/4 HANA.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration with cloud-based services.
  • Proficiency in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and performance optimization techniques.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migrations or implementations.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Certification in SAP modules or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is an advantage.
