We are looking for a Senior Project Lead in Hyderabad, Telangana to implement domain-specific processes, manage projects, and collaborate with architects. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with 4-7 years of relevant industry experience.

Ansvarsområden

Implement domain-specific processes, rules, standards, and validations using Delivery Management and Project Management.
Apply software engineering, configuration, and quality practices aligned to organizational standards.
Ensure adherence to secure coding, data handling, and access-control practices.
Collaborate with architects and peer engineers on design choices and technical trade-offs.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration artifacts.
Participate in code/configuration reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Demonstrate analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain proficiency and certifications on primary tools.
Follow approved designs and engineering standards.
Analyze and validate delivery scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, and reporting.
Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and UAT coordination.
Maintain functional specifications, process flows, decisions, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
Support stakeholder discussions and escalate risks early.
Support release readiness, user enablement, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Apply working knowledge of PgM domain standards, compliance expectations, and business processes.

Krav

Approximately 4 to 7 years of relevant industry experience.
Track record of delivery in similar engagements.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency, certifications, or hands-on practice on the primary tools listed for this role.
Working knowledge of PgM domain standards, compliance expectations, and business processes.
