ABB is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for a weekend shift role in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Ansvarsområden
- Act as a design authority for an engineering discipline.
- Complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
- Ensure assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies.
- Work with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback.
- Create work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects.
- Ensure quality, timely implementation within the targeted cost.
- Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure designs are appropriately manufactured, staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
- Coach engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, or similar engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles (Senior Project Engineer & Project Engineer).
- Availability for Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with AutoCAD, CREO, and SolidWorks.
- Experience with switchboards, switchgear, and MCCs.
- Experience managing a team.
- Advanced English proficiency.
