Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the development and innovation of products and features that enhance brand experience for worldwide brands. This role involves identifying brand requirements, gathering business needs, building solutions, and driving the product roadmap from design to launch, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to navigate ambiguity and remove roadblocks. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong program management skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity.

Ansvarsområden

  • Build deep knowledge of RBS BX offerings and business requirements.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Define program strategies, develop roadmaps, and organize workstreams and milestones.
  • Manage timely and successful program delivery, working with product owners and cross-functional teams.
  • Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, and resolve complex execution and operational issues.
  • Build and deliver operational and management reports using data and analytics.
  • Lead program adoption efforts with global and regional teams.
  • Define and manage program KPIs using Voice of the Customer, experimentation, and data analysis.
  • Present strategic program and user insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and analysis to senior leaders.

Krav

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
  • Extraordinary ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to network effectively and influence partner teams without authority.
  • Ability to overcome unforeseen obstacles.
  • Passion for developing a deep understanding of the tech product.
