The Senior Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership of large-scale SAP programs, including S/4HANA transformations and multi-vendor integrations. This role ensures strategic alignment, governance, delivery excellence, and financial control across complex SAP landscapes, acting as the single point of accountability for program outcomes.

Ansvarsområden

Lead end-to-end SAP programs covering S/4HANA, SAP ECC migrations, SAP BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.
Establish and manage program governance, including steering committees and RAID management.
Define program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics.
Oversee multiple SAP workstreams (Functional, Technical, Data, Integration, Testing, Change, Cutover).
Ensure delivery adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and cost baselines.
Drive SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models.
Manage dependencies across vendors, system integrators, and internal teams.
Act as the primary interface with senior business and IT stakeholders.
Translate business strategy into executable SAP transformation plans.
Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
Manage commercial aspects such as SOWs and contract compliance.
Identify and manage program-level risks and issues with mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and security/compliance requirements.
Lead large, global SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
Mentor project managers, workstream leads, and delivery managers.
Coordinate effectively with SAP, hyperscalers, and third-party vendors.

Krav

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective).
Solid understanding of SAP Platform components: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration (CPI, PI/PO, APIs).
Good appreciation of data migration, integration, and security considerations in SAP landscapes.
Proven track record of managing large, multi-year SAP programs (>USD multi-million).
Hands-on experience with SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall governance models.
Strong command over RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
