Amazon India seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead AI transformation in Category Operations. This role focuses on driving automation, proving P&L impact, and scaling adoption across various job families and the broader IES organization.
Ansvarsområden
- Run the AI MBR: a monthly review tracking progress across automation, business outcomes, and adoption for VP-level leadership.
- Drive adoption of live AI tools among non-tech users, bridging the gap between launch and habitual use.
- Identify, scope, and shepherd new automation opportunities from idea to production with tech and science teams.
- Own the adoption metrics dashboard, tracking tool usage, identifying under-penetrated cohorts, and designing interventions.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Applied Science, Marketing, and WW platform teams.
- Represent the AI program in business reviews and OP planning at both IN and WW levels, translating tool progress into business impact.
- Expand successful AI ideas from India to the IES region to drive leverage.
- Stay informed about new AI trends, assess opportunities, and promote AI proficiency within Amazon.
Krav
- 4+ years of full-time industry work experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising, or experience in an operational role.
