Qualcomm is looking for a Senior Program Manager in Shanghai to lead program development and execution. This role involves defining and managing schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks, while interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop, define, and execute plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
  • Monitor and drive the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones.
  • Represent the program and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop goals and set prioritization of deliverables.
  • Manage and take responsibility for multiple small programs or a single complex program.
  • Develop and manage the execution of the program Plan of Record.
  • Track and manage key program metrics and identify deviations, escalating issues and proposing corrective actions.
  • Manage and prioritize the work of the program team by establishing schedules and task assignments.
  • Identify program issues/risks and create a risk mitigation plan.
  • Promote program vision and objectives within the team.
  • Support the adoption of processes by applying best practices and recommending process improvement opportunities.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years Program Management experience or related work experience.
  • 3+ years working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.
  • 2+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization.
  • CET6 certification

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • PMP Certification.
  • 7+ years Program Management experience or related work experience.
  • 7+ years experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc.
  • 3+ years experience working in a large matrixed semiconductor company.
  • 3+ years experience working on large SoC or GPU or CPU products.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
  • 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with customers.
  • TOEFL 105+
