Qualcomm is looking for a Senior Program Manager in Bangalore, India to develop, define, and execute program plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. The role involves driving programs from initiation to delivery and managing stakeholders across various functions within the semiconductor industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
  • Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters.
  • Monitors budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones.
  • Represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop program goals, set prioritization of deliverables, and discuss business process involvement.
  • Manages and takes responsibility for multiple medium sized programs/technology with moderate complexity.
  • Develops and manages the execution of the program Plan of Record.
  • Establishes key program metrics and manages team to take action when metrics deviate.
  • Identifies and secures resources to ensure alignment of team with program/technology demand.
  • Drives teams to identify program issues/risks and create a risk mitigation plan.
  • Maintains and updates the risk tracker.
  • Promotes program vision and objectives within the team.
  • Ensures program objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Presents program vision to management and gains buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Promotes adoption of processes by applying best practices and identifying and executing process improvement initiatives.
  • Optimizes NRE for the Program with tech teams.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
  • 12+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry with 3+ years in Project/Program Management.
  • Good experience in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams and Co-Pilot.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of SOC design cycle, Development Process, Packaging, REE, Post Silicon Validation Process and Customer Deployment.
  • Track record of proven leadership/management experience.
  • Process definition & implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
  • 3+ years of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master’s degree in above mentioned engineering or related field.
  • PMP Certification.
  • 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience along with PM tools like dashboards, Grantt Charts, etc.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
  • 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
