We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the mechanical and cooling infrastructure workstream for an AI Data Center Campus in India. This role involves overseeing liquid cooling, HVAC, water systems, and fire protection interfaces to ensure facility readiness, reliability, and efficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the mechanical and cooling program across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Own mechanical scope, schedule, budget, risk register, and interface management.
  • Oversee direct liquid cooling infrastructure, Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), and technology cooling system piping.
  • Manage HVAC systems for various facility areas and ensure maintainability.
  • Coordinate water treatment, make-up water, and utility systems.
  • Coordinate with fire protection contractors and consultants.
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors (GPU rack OEMs, CDU vendors, etc.) to meet OEM requirements.
  • Monitor mechanical installation progress and quality.
  • Lead mechanical pre-commissioning, testing, and performance validation.
  • Track mechanical package cost, schedule, procurement, risks, and change orders.

Krav

  • Experience in AI data center or high-density data center cooling.
  • Experience with liquid cooling infrastructure, including direct liquid cooling and CDU systems.
  • Experience with large hydronic systems.
  • Familiarity with dry coolers, adiabatic systems, chillers, and pumping plants.
  • Proficiency in HVAC systems, liquid cooling systems, CDUs, and technology cooling loops.
  • Knowledge of pumps, piping, valves, heat exchangers, strainers, filters, and expansion systems.
  • Understanding of water treatment and fluid quality management.
  • Familiarity with fire protection system interfaces.
  • Experience with BMS and controls coordination.
  • Knowledge of mechanical testing, flushing, pressure testing, and balancing.
  • Experience with commissioning and IST processes.
  • Primavera P6 / MS Project familiarity.
  • Experience with contract and change management.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors, vendors, and OEMs.
  • Strong technical communication skills.
  • Ability to translate cooling risks into schedule, cost, and business impacts.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative approach with electrical, CSA, IT, and operations teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure during commissioning and issue resolution.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with strong executive reporting capability.
