Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking an experienced Senior Professional Services Cloud Architect for their India team. This role involves leading technical sales engagements, designing scalable AWS solutions, and advising enterprise clients on cloud adoption, modernization, and emerging technologies like generative AI. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer business outcomes and collaborating closely with account executives, delivery teams, and partners.

Ansvarsområden

Lead cloud solution design during pre-sales engagements, including demonstrations, scoping, and architecting scalable, secure AWS solutions for enterprise clients.
Design complex AWS solutions, estimates, and proposals that deliver customer business outcomes, defining project scope and technical approaches.
Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture design sessions, and proof-of-concept implementations.
Advise C-suite and senior technical stakeholders on cloud modernization, generative AI, and agentic AI strategies.
Ensure smooth hand-offs to Delivery teams, understanding scope, architecture, and expected outcomes.
Lead delivery of complex engagements, including migrations, data and analytics, and application development.
Share knowledge across the organization through mentoring, reusable artifacts, and contributions to ProServe best practices.
Represent AWS ProServe at customer events and industry conferences across India.

Krav

10+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
3+ years of leading development of applications backed by AWS services or using other cloud-based technologies and services.
Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments.
Experience in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).
Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments.

Önskade kvalifikationer

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or a similar cloud certification.
Associate's degree or above.
Experience implementing AWS services in diverse distributed computing environments.
Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders.
Experience with broad enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, custom applications).
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and identifying system relationships.
Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, Senior Leadership).
Familiarity with the Indian market, digital transformation initiatives, and regional compliance requirements (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, DPDP Act).
Experience designing generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics solutions.
Experience with large-scale migration programs (1,000+ servers) using AWS migration tools and methods.
Software development experience in an object-oriented language.
