Seeking a Senior/Lead SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant in Bengaluru, India, with a strong focus on Payroll integrations. The role requires end-to-end ownership of business-critical HR and payroll interfaces, with over 7 years of integration experience and 3-4 years hands-on with SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own business-critical HR and payroll interfaces end-to-end.
  • Build production integrations using SuccessFactors Adapter, OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JDBC, IDoc.
  • Manage Employee Central to Payroll replication.
  • Handle integrations for Employee data replication to payroll, payroll master data, pay component replication, cost center/distribution interfaces, salary increment publishing, bonus and incentive payouts, payroll calendars and cut-off management, and retroactive payroll changes.
  • Oversee interface monitoring, alerting frameworks, incident management, RCA, reprocessing failed messages, reconciliation controls, and performance monitoring.

Krav

  • 7+ years overall integration experience
  • 3-4+ years hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Adapter, OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JDBC, IDoc
  • Mandatory: Strong experience with Employee Central, Compound Employee API, OData APIs, SFAPI, Delta and Full Load integrations, Employee Central to Payroll replication.
  • Critical: Worked on Employee data replication to payroll, Payroll master data integrations, Pay component replication, Cost center / cost distribution interfaces, Salary increment publishing, Bonus and incentive payouts, Payroll calendars and cut-off management, Retroactive payroll changes.
  • Strong operations and support experience: Interface monitoring, Alerting frameworks, Incident management, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Reprocessing failed messages, Reconciliation controls, Performance monitoring.
