Amazon Alexa+ is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical to lead monetization initiatives, focusing 80% on product management and 20% on product marketing. This role involves driving product strategy, definition, launch, and decision-making for critical monetization features impacting millions of customers worldwide.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own product decisions for Alexa+ Monetization initiatives, from concept to launch.
  • Drive product strategy and gain buy-in across Alexa and partner teams.
  • Create and own product roadmaps for key areas.
  • Conduct customer research and analyze data to define product direction.
  • Engage deeply with engineering on system architecture and technical tradeoffs.
  • Define, instrument, and own input and output metrics for products.
  • Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
  • Partner with engineering and other teams to drive product launch and growth.
  • Own product positioning and messaging for led products.
  • Partner on go-to-market collateral and sales enablement for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support go-to-market execution for launches and create buy-in for the GTM plan.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of technical product management experience, leading products from concept to launch.
  • Track record of making product decisions grounded in direct customer understanding and data.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with engineering on architecture and technical design tradeoffs.
  • Experience defining and owning input and output metrics for a product.
  • Experience leading teams and cross-org stakeholders through influence rather than authority.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.
  • Experience in e-commerce, online advertising, search, AI powered personal assistants, personalization, or generative AI powered products.
  • Experience owning or contributing to go-to-market, product positioning, and sales enablement for advertising or software products.
