Ansvarsområden
- Turn strategy into shipped experiences by translating priorities into clear requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
- Own the roadmap, drive prioritization, align with engineering on tradeoffs, and resolve dependencies.
- Manage complex dependencies across feature teams, platform teams, and partners, spotting risks and removing blockers.
- Hold a high bar for quality by defining release criteria and leading scenario walkthroughs to ensure experiences meet standards.
- Define and measure success metrics for AI-powered search, engagement, and satisfaction, ensuring proper telemetry is in place.
- Experiment and iterate using technical knowledge of APIs, infrastructure, and AI models to drive measurable improvements.
- Close the loop with customers using feedback and telemetry to inform future improvements.
- Build team habits by setting up and running effective planning, status, review, and release processes.
- Work AI-first by using AI tools and automated workflows to speed up development processes.
- Lead through influence, bringing partners around shared goals and commitments.
- Communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Raise the bar for the team by coaching peers and sharing learnings.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
- Solid technical depth, including comfort with system architecture and APIs, and the ability to engage closely with engineering and data science.
- A track record of shipping complex, cross-team products or features at scale, from early concept to general availability.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 3+ years of experience working training/evaluating search/information retrieval systems as Product Manager, Software Developer, or Data Scientist.
- Experience with search, retrieval, ranking or recommendation systems, or large language model (LLM)-powered experiences.

- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
- Specific range for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
