I korthet

MCAPS-Core is seeking a Senior Product Designer to transform complex customer needs into intuitive, scalable, AI-powered experiences. You will lead cross-functional design efforts, own the design and delivery of complex user experiences, and drive design strategy and innovation using human-centered design principles.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead cross-functional product design efforts by collaborating with Design, Engineering, PM, Research, and Security stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across teams, influence decision-making, and communicate compelling product narratives to leaders and partners.
  • Own the design and delivery of complex user experiences.
  • Create interaction models, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and visual designs.
  • Balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, accessibility, security, and trust considerations.
  • Drive design strategy, innovation, and execution.
  • Lead ideation, incorporate design systems and best practices.
  • Guide product planning and prioritization, identify unmet user needs, and translate insights into scalable product solutions.
  • Provide design leadership and mentorship.
  • Guide designers, promote design consistency and brand standards.
  • Influence non-design stakeholders, support team development, and ensure successful delivery of product experiences from concept through launch.

Krav

  • Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years of experience working in product or service design.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years of experience working in product or service design.
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
  • Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Sketch.
  • Experience supporting the development of AI features and/or applying AI within design workflows.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Design Thinking Certification from an accredited institution. (e.g.: IDEO, IBM, Stanford, Luna, Forrester, and a variety of university programs).
  • 2+ years conducting 1:1 research interviews.
  • 3+ years designing, planning, and facilitating live and virtual Design Thinking workshops.
  • 2+ years using AI-integrated design tools and workflows.
