Tetra Pak is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Tunis, Tunisia to design and implement process solutions for projects, managing scope, budget, and schedule. This role involves technical decision-making, customer interaction, and mentoring, contributing to the company's mission of making food safe and available globally.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical support for implementation and pre-projects regarding Process Engineering.
  • Manage technical solutions, process design specifications, and drawings for projects.
  • Lead and communicate with colleagues and customers/suppliers on technical matters.
  • Manage scope changes and negotiate variation orders.
  • Provide excellent support to customers and colleagues, including issue and claim resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Plan projects into phases and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Drive the use and creation of reusable solutions and processes for productivity.
  • Validate and review technical solutions.
  • Develop and improve processes, templates, and tools.
  • Enable competitive differentiation.
  • Act as a mentor or trainer for others within and outside Tetra Pak.
  • Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak.

Krav

  • Several years as a Senior Engineer (or similar) with expertise in Projects/Products knowledge.
  • Expert technical skills with excellent knowledge of installation needs and customer operations at site.
  • Very good knowledge of Process technology.
  • Excellent knowledge and involvement in developing necessary standards, guidelines, tools, and methods for Process design.
  • Excellent understanding of product portfolio and its functionality.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Ability to act as Design Owner/ System Platform Owner/ Tool Specialist.
  • Ability to work independently in project and/or pre-project teams within Project Centers (L0-L3 projects).
  • Ability to develop and lead L0 and Process part in L1, L2 and L3 projects.
  • Ability to interface with extensive customer base and provide industry-leading processing solutions.
