Seeking a Senior Platform Operations Owner to manage and enhance the Marketing Technology landscape in Madrid, Spain. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maximizing the value, performance, and scalability of marketing tools and platforms, requiring strong leadership and a DevOps mindset.

Ansvarsområden

Accountable for aligning engineering deliveries across product teams within planning & briefing platforms, identifying and establishing best practices.
Own platform operations initiatives to improve the technical effectiveness of deliveries.
Align operational monitoring and improve efficiency across product teams.
Own and drive platform support.
Apply IKEA business model knowledge to guide how technology solutions are designed and operated across the marketing platform landscape.
Act as an ambassador for operational best practices in the sub-domain and across the organisation.

Krav

5+ years of experience in IT Operations (support/application/infrastructure).
5+ years managing operations and maintenance of core systems/solutions.
Experience working in agile/iterative software development teams with a DevOps working set-up.
Experience and comfort in working in a Technology landscape that combines Platforms, SaaS and Home-grown solutions.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change in big organisations.
