Nordea is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join their Application Server Automation - Platform Engineering team. This hybrid role involves architecting, implementing, and managing automation for infrastructure and middleware provisioning, supporting developers with CI/CD systems, and developing features for middleware on container platforms.

Ansvarsområden

  • Building Continuous Integration and Deployment systems to fully support an end-to-end pipelines for developers and teams (utilizing Ansible, Python, Jenkins, Tekton, Argo CD)
  • Creating automation for application servers and middleware provisioning as well as for service deployments
  • Developing new features for our middleware on container platforms (such as Kubernetes)
  • Conducting regular code reviews and committing the code on a daily basis
  • Mentoring and pair programming with junior team members

Krav

  • Is a DevOps Engineer willing to collaborate, take ownership and responsibility for their code.
  • Has passion for IT and the courage to innovate, automate and integrate between technology stacks.
  • Is a team player with experience and willingness to work in agile setup.
  • Thinks outside the box and is ready to challenge the status quo.
  • Has Unix systems experience (shell scripting e.g. Bash)
  • Has knowledge of networking in cloud environment.
  • Previous Oracle Weblogic and/or OSB/SOA experience is essential
  • 5+ years of relevant experience Platform Engineering / Devops
