We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to manage UK & Ireland payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all regulations. This hybrid role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and deep knowledge of payroll systems. The analyst will support team members, collaborate with other departments, and participate in projects to implement payroll and time process changes.

Ansvarsområden

Oversee monthly payroll processing for UK & Ireland employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure payroll practices comply with country and local regulations, including tax reporting and record-keeping.
Maintain expat & modified payroll in UK & Ireland for employees on Hypo tax status and deliver executive compensation tasks.
Coordinate daily activities of the UK/Ireland team, providing guidance and support.
Prepare and review payroll reports, lead payroll-related audits, and produce payroll journals.
Collaborate with HR, Digital HCM, Finance, and other departments to coordinate payroll activities.
Manage relationships with Payroll Vendors and monitor their performance.
Continuously improve payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
Participate in the development and execution of Payroll key objectives and SLAs.

Krav

Strong understanding of UK and Ireland payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or local in-country platforms).
High proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations).
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
High sense of confidentiality and data protection awareness.
