Ansvarsområden
- Define layout solutions based on process, equipment, piping, structural, safety, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate layout reviews and support technical validation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify design improvements, technical risks, and project deviations, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering procedures, hygienic design principles, and food safety requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including process, automation, project management, sourcing, and site execution.
- Support customer discussions, installation activities, and technical issue resolution when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of junior engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Krav
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8-12 years of experience in mechanical design engineering and industrial plant layout development, within the food or process industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, plant engineering, and layout integration.
- Experience with Autodesk tools, including Inventor and AutoCAD; knowledge of additional engineering and project tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of food safety requirements, hygienic design principles, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in an international and multicultural environment while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
- Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration in an international environment.
