Amazon Pay seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead merchant marketing for external merchants in India, focusing on both online and offline channels. This role involves developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies to drive customer awareness, adoption, and transaction share for Amazon Pay products.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own and drive the unified merchant marketing strategy across Online and Offline Merchant channels.
  • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with top online merchants.
  • Create and scale in-store marketing programs for offline merchants.
  • Drive customer awareness for Amazon Pay Products through XCM campaigns, ATL/BTL programs, and on-deck/off-deck interventions.
  • Own the rewards and offers strategy for merchant marketing.
  • Build and execute strategic account-level marketing plans for top merchants.
  • Manage merchant marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform decisions and optimize the marketing playbook.
  • Partner with Product, BD, and Integration teams to align marketing interventions with product launches.
  • Forecast and report business growth and marketing metrics for senior leadership.

Krav

  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
