As Senior Manager, Warehouse & Outbound at Christiansfeld Dairy, you will lead a team of approximately 250 employees, focusing on safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost. This role requires strong people leadership, experience with Lean methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and digitalization within a matrix organization.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, coach, and develop leaders and employees to build an engaged and high-performing organization.
  • Deliver strong results in safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost through clear KPIs and structured follow-up.
  • Drive Lean, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement across the operation.
  • Lead digitalization, automation, and data-driven improvements to strengthen performance.
  • Share best practices and contribute to standardization and the continuous development of Warehouse & Outbound across Denmark.

Krav

  • Proven leadership experience within Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
  • A strong track record of delivering results through people.
  • Experience with Lean, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading change and implementing new ways of working.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • A structured, analytical, and business-oriented mindset.
