We are seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end Last Mile operations for multiple states within the IN QC, SSD organization. This role focuses on driving capacity, optimizing cost-to-serve, and enhancing customer experience by leading a high-performing team and collaborating with stakeholders.

Ansvarsområden

  • Set strategic direction and own end-to-end performance for a multi-city Last Mile network, focusing on capacity planning, cost optimization, and delivery reliability.
  • Build and lead a high-calibre team of senior operations managers, developing organizational capability and leadership depth.
  • Shape the Last Mile operating model and cost architecture, defining channel mix, gearing norms, and partner operating frameworks.
  • Influence product and technology roadmaps by translating operational needs into scalable, automated solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment at the leadership level with Finance, Category, PXT, and partner teams.
  • Lead the scaling of emerging business lines and new market entry from pilot to steady-state.
  • Establish scalable mechanisms and operating rhythms, including inspection frameworks and data-driven decision systems.
  • Set high standards for safety, compliance, and operational quality.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
