Electrolux Group is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for the UK region, based in Luton. This role involves acting as the sole legal counsel, managing a broad range of legal, commercial, and compliance matters, and collaborating with international legal teams. The position is permanent and full-time.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the primary legal advisor for UK and Benelux commercial operations.
  • Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice on distribution, dealership, supply, customer service, procurement, logistics, marketing, and compliance.
  • Support compliance efforts, particularly in anti-trust and anti-corruption.
  • Collaborate with Group functions on legal and compliance training.
  • Oversee and manage litigation and disputes, working with external counsel.
  • Identify and assess legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Krav

  • English law degree.
  • Approximately 10 years of experience with a reputable law firm and/or as an in-house counsel in a multinational company.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial, legal, and compliance/governance matters with a regional scope is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment is desirable but not mandatory.
