Ansvarsområden

  • Provide proactive, business-oriented legal support to the Trucks Technology and Industrial Division in larger industrial projects and running business.
  • Independently provide clear, pragmatic legal advice with a focus on environmental law, including permitting matters and authority interactions.
  • Draft, review and negotiate construction, project and other agreements.
  • Instruct and coordinate external legal resources.
  • Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders, contributing clear, pragmatic, and commercially sound legal guidance.
  • Take ownership of assigned area while being an active and valued member of the team.

Krav

  • Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of experience from an in-house legal role or a law firm.
  • Solid experience in environmental law and a willingness to grow outside this field.
  • Strong interest in purchasing, technology, and operations.
  • Strong ability to work in larger projects.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of or interest in working in a global manufacturing end-to-end environment.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • A proactive and accountable mindset.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in construction legal matters is a merit.
  • Experience from a law firm is welcome, especially if ready to move closer to the business and take on broader responsibility.
  • Curious, confident, and motivated by working closely with the business.
  • Understand the value of legal advice that is not only correct, but also practical, clear, and supportive of the bigger picture.
