Qualcomm is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer for GPU Verification in Noida, India. This role involves in-depth understanding of HW architecture, working with advanced DV tools, and owning features within the GPU core. Ansvarsområden

  • Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, circuits, and digital/analog/RF/optical systems.
  • Develop and deliver GPU solutions.
  • Utilize the latest DV tools and technologies.
  • Take ownership of one or more features in the GPU core.
  • Develop a robust testbench optimized for specific features/DUTs.
  • Ensure bug-free silicon for superb user experience in Snapdragon based computing devices.
  • Collaborate closely with worldwide design, systems, and EDA/CAD teams.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of VLSI industry experience.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills and independent problem-solving ability.
  • Strong knowledge of HDLs like Verilog, System Verilog.
  • Proficiency in developing SV/UVM based test benches.
  • Proficient in debugging RTL/TB issues using Verdi or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with formal tools like Jasper or VC-Formal.
  • Proficient with scripting languages such as Perl and/or Python.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Graphics architecture.
  • Knowledge of OpenGL and/or Vulkan API libraries.
  • Has demonstrated proactive exploration of multiple DV strategies or tools to achieve verification closure.
