I korthet

We are seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence to enhance Customer Care operations through data-driven insights and BI solutions. Responsibilities include data extraction, analysis, report and dashboard development, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in analytics, and proficiency in data visualization tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Extract, clean, and format data from business systems.
  • Analyze stakeholder requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate analysis results and concerns to management and partners.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support daily operations.
  • Drive the design and evolution of reporting solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and data quality.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Insights.
  • Experience in data mining, data processing, analysis, and report preparation.
  • High proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills for data interpretation and analysis.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge and experience in Customer Care end-to-end process is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets preferred.
