We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer Tester in Izmir, Türkiye, to lead software testing activities and ensure high-quality delivery. The role involves test analysis, execution, defect management, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and coordinate software testing activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Perform test analysis, test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
Plan and prioritize testing workloads, coordinate daily team activities, and monitor progress.
Conduct functional and non-functional testing, including performance, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Analyze customer requirements, identify potential risks, and ensure adequate test coverage.
Work with complex customer applications, databases, and backend systems to validate functionality and performance.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders, development teams, and other technical teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
Provide technical guidance and support to testing team members, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities for test automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Take ownership of testing deliverables, proactively manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Krav

Strong professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in complex IT environments.
Solid knowledge of test analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Previous experience in a Test Lead, Team Lead, or similar coordination role is considered an advantage.
Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
Experience with performance, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with complex customer applications, databases, and backend systems.
Ability to translate business and customer requirements into effective testing strategies and test coverage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities and support team delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of test automation practices and tools is an advantage.
