HCLTech seeks experienced Senior Google Cloud & GenAI Engineers in the US and India to join an accelerated FDE Launchpad Program. Participants will fast-track to become Google Certified Forward Deployment Engineers, gaining expertise in multi-agent AI orchestration and deployment within Google Cloud Professional Services.

Ansvarsområden

Complete sponsored Fast-Track FDE Certification Pathway within first 60 days, including Google Partner Specialist Labs and Elite FDE Bootcamp.
Apprentice alongside AI Capability Center (CoE) Leads and Elite AI Guild to learn advanced multi-agent orchestration, enterprise AI security, and LLM evaluation.
Contribute to HCLTech's Reusable AI Asset Factory.
Co-Build in Agile Customer Sprints, embedding within Google Cloud PSO customer engineering pods.
Architect, code, and deploy production multi-agent AI systems in Google Cloud PSO customer engagements.
Build end-to-end agentic workflows using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Vertex AI Agent Engine, Gemini Enterprise, MCP integration servers, A2A protocols, and microservices.
Ground enterprise agents using Vertex AI Search, BigQuery, AlloyDB, Spanner, and Enterprise Knowledge Graphs.
Enforce production security using VPC-SC, Workload Identity Federation, Cloud KMS, Cloud DLP De-identification, and Model Armor.
Implement automated LLM-as-a-judge evaluation suites.

Krav

Active Google Cloud Professional Certification (Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Cloud Developer/DevOps/Security Engineer).
5–10+ years of hands-on software engineering, cloud engineering, or data/AI engineering experience.
At least 1.5–2+ years building Generative AI, LLM, RAG, or agentic applications in Python.
Strong production coding proficiency in Python (and/or TypeScript/Go), SQL, REST/gRPC APIs.
Experience with containerized cloud runtimes (Cloud Run, GKE, Docker, Terraform).
Hands-on experience with core Google Cloud AI, Data & Security services (Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, Vertex AI Search, BigQuery, AlloyDB, Cloud Storage, IAM / VPC-SC).
Practical experience with at least one modern LLM or agent orchestration framework (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Google ADK / Vertex AI Agent Builder).
High-Velocity "Builder-Consultant" Mindset.
Strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity.
