Ansvarsområden

Performing financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling.
Presenting recommendations to business leadership on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
Providing controllership to the business and building processes that augment transparency and improve controls.
Facilitating financial reviews with business groups and working with leaders on effective finance and cost management.
Working closely with the business team to drive critical business goals and contribute to Free Cash Flows.
Managing financial planning and analysis, forecasting product lines using key input levers.
Facilitating weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with data analysis and follow-through on actionable items.
Working with the accounting team to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial book close processes.
Tracking P&L cost line items and benchmarking them internally and externally to spotlight opportunity areas.

Krav

3+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience.
4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance).

Önskade kvalifikationer

4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
MBA, or CPA.
Knowledge of Tableau.
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
Business Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis, P&L.
