Amazon's India Fulfillment Center Finance team seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial reporting and planning for India's fulfillment center fixed costs. This role involves end-to-end ownership of financial reviews, annual planning, and cost optimization initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to drive impactful business decisions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own monthly financial reviews for India fulfillment center fixed costs, including variance analysis and driving discussions on cost initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end financial planning process for annual operating plans and guidance cycles, including bottoms-up modeling and scenario analyses.
  • Develop and publish key cost metrics dashboards, identify optimization opportunities through benchmarking.
  • Drive automation and simplification of financial reporting processes by partnering with business intelligence engineering teams.
  • Partner with the Free Cash Flow lead to track actual performance versus plan and deliver commentary on financial performance and forecasts.

Krav

  • 3+ years of finance, tax, or a related analytical field experience.
  • 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
  • 3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
  • 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • MBA, or Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
