ABB is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer in Egypt to lead service projects and field activities for power and automation systems. The role involves managing a team, ensuring quality delivery, and building customer relationships, requiring a degree in electrical engineering and 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and supervise a team of Service Engineers and Technicians.
Drive the successful execution of service projects and field activities.
Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery.
Support customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth through operational excellence and strong customer engagement.
Lead and coordinate field service, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities for power and automation systems.
Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with schedule, quality, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
Plan and allocate resources effectively based on workload, competencies, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales and business growth initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence using digital tools and best practices.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and integrity standards across all service activities.
Support the development, certification, and technical competency of service team members.

Krav

Ability to demonstrate experience in ABB Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear, Protection Relays, CTs, VTs, Circuit Breakers, Distance Protection, Line Differential Protection, and Power Plant applications.
Proven experience of 8-10 years in Power Systems, Protection Systems, Testing, and Commissioning.
Degree in electrical engineering or Automation & Control Engineering.
Passionate about leadership, planning, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
At ease communicating in English and Arabic.
Willingness to travel across Egypt and Africa to support customer projects and service activities.
