Alfa Laval is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer in New Delhi to provide on-site and remote technical support for their products and systems. This full-time role requires 3-5 years of experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver on-site and remote service support for Alfa Laval products and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
  • Execute commissioning, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and proactive customer support.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify business opportunities.
  • Perform installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Conduct condition monitoring and energy audits.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Execute Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT).
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Update IT systems with service execution details.
  • Develop SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Recommend spare parts and communicate sales opportunities.
  • Identify service opportunities and share leads with the sales team.
  • Capture installed base data and support new applications.
  • Maintain static and rotating equipment (like GPHE, Decanter, Separator, WHE).
  • Provide remote support and minor repairs as needed.

Krav

  • Minimum qualification: Engineers graduate or diploma.
  • 3–5 years in service/manufacturing/EPC/engineering sectors.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safe work practices.
  • Valid four-wheeler driving license.
