RF360 Singapore is seeking a Senior Facility Engineer specializing in electrical systems for their wafer fab facility. The role involves operation, maintenance, capacity planning, project management, and optimizing power quality and energy performance. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of related experience in high-volume manufacturing within the semiconductor industry are required.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure compliant operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
Establish MOS/SOP with effective change management and maintain technical documentation.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, and EHS on regulatory compliance.
Drive risk and safety programs (FMEA, LOTO, SDS, RCA).
Develop and review maintenance contracts to improve system reliability.
Support production electrical requirements and coordinate with process engineers on power quality.
Plan and manage electrical load models and review electrical designs.
Oversee safe energization and commissioning of electrical systems.
Define acceptance criteria, test protocols, and witness critical tests.
Manage vendor performance and ensure documentation close-out.
Monitor power quality and utility consumption, recommending improvements.
Lead energy efficiency projects and implement smart metering analytics.

Krav

At least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Electrical Engineering within a wafer fab/semiconductor environment.
Experience in high volume manufacturing of electronics components in an MNC or semiconductor industry.
Strong technical expertise in MV/LV electrical distribution systems.
Able to work under pressure and with strong commitment.
Experience with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel, and Word.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Direct experience in wafer fab facility is an added advantage.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Facilities Engineering or related work experience OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of Facilities Engineering or related work experience.
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).
